"Worked okay, but I was still a little unsure"
The site worked fine for me. No big issues or anything. Pages loaded, everything seemed to do what it was supposed to. Still, I don’t know. I had this little hesitation the whole time about fully trusting it. Maybe just me being cautious, but it didn’t completely put me at ease.

I used x-zero.com and the payment process was easy. No weird pop-ups or anything sketchy, and the checkout page looked secure enough to me. I got the confirmation fast too, which was nice. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I do prefer when sites show a little more info about payment protection, but overall I felt fine using my card there

Overall, the setup was straightforward and I got through most of it without any trouble. I did expect the instructions to be a little more detailed, though. A few pages felt kind of light and could really use more examples to make things clearer

I’ve ordered from x-zero twice now. The first order showed up right on time, but the second one was a few days late and the tracking barely updated, which was kind of frustrating. The package was fine when it arrived, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I’m not sure how to explain it, but the overall experience was okay, just a little uncertain from the delivery side. I’d probably order again, but not if I needed something quickly...

"Okay overall, but communication could be better"
My experience with x-zero was alright, I guess, actually, it started to feel more frustrating the more I had to follow up. The replies took longer than I expected, and sometimes when they did answer, it didn’t really cover what I was asking. I ended up messaging again for basic details, which got annoying. To be fair, they did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just think they need to be clearer and quicker with updates. Not the worst, but not great either.

I ordered from Zero Innovations the checkout was smoother than I expected. The pages loaded normally, my cart updated right away, and I didn’t have to create an account just to pay, which is always a relief, right?

I got my order from x-zero last week i’m impressed. The material feels solid and not cheap or flimsy like I’ve had with some other sites. I’ve been using it for a few days now and it still looks good and works like it should. The little details are nice too. Weirdly, I remember the package had this tiny corner dent on the box, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The site was easy enough to get started with, and I didn’t feel completely lost or anything. But compared to a few other sites I use regularly, this one felt a little more clunky. I had to click around more than I expected to find what I needed. It works fine overall, but I think it could be a bit more straightforward.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. I mean, it’s not the worst thing ever, but still, I expected more for the money. Maybe I was just hoping it would feel a bit better quality, or come with more, I don’t know. Either way, it just didn’t feel worth it to me

And before anyone says it was probably something obvious, maybe it was, but the support team at x-zero replied quickly and explained everything in simple steps without making me feel dumb.
